The staff that was on hand was very friendly.

The hotel was badly understaffed.

Location was fantastic! Bed was comfy

The cleanliness was extremely lacking. Room was dirty, soap wasn?t refilled in bathroom. Comforter had a hole in it. Staff was not around when needed, had to wait 20 mins for someone to even come to the front desk to help us.
