The room was big and clean

The rear entry door could be accessed by anyone from the street. The elevators had shady characters. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. They served freezing cold eggs and sausage and had the nerve to tell guests to warm it up in the microwave.

I did not appreciate being charged twice for an occupancy tax. It was included in the taxes and fees. I got charged again upon check-in. Many attempts to rectify this failed. With that, wouldn’t recommend.

Comfortable and very clean bed. It seems it had new bedding. The room and shower were very clean.

Breakfast was not the same as other Comfort Inn. It was very basic.

The hotel was clean. Bed comfortable. Close to where I needed to be.

The entrance to the hotel parking lot had a divider on the highway. So, if you were coming from town, you had to drive past the entrance and turn around.

The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft.

Smelled very clean. Room was clean

Bathtub was dirty. May have been more so dirt that won¿t come off but still there. Water filled the tub when you showered even when the stopper was up. Water filled the sink when on even lightly.

I didn't honestly care for anything about this hotel. I suppose I could say I enjoyed how dark the surrounding area is which is good if you sleep in darkness but that is not the "hotel" as much as PA. Breakfast was good.

Not clean very old black mold in every corner of the room looked like they just keep painting over it the whole hotel stunk of cigarettes and mildew. Hot breakfast is just waffles was supposed to have a mini bar in our room and a jacuzzi tub and nope

Nothing. I was thankful not to be placed anywhere but the 1st floor and I was right beside the door where my car was parked

The room was a mess. There were cigarette burns on the chairs, stains on the sheets. Really disappointed.

Fair price, nice room, no complaints

Getting in and out of parking lot. Can only get in coming from one direction, entrance kind of hidden.

Location was perfect and nearby everything I was doing.

Hotel room smelled musty and smelled liked someone one smoked in our room.

My check in took over an hour because my name wasn't spelled correctly on the reservation. I was told I would be able to select the bed size at the hotel and was not given that option during check in

Easy to get to. Quick service at counter. Friendly w/ my young son, engaging him in conversation about how his day was. Room was clean and newly remodeled. Breakfast area was neat and tidy, well-stocked and maintained during breakfast.

The room smelled a little. Steubenville Pike has a concrete barrier between lanes making hard to turn left from the north to enter the property, not your falt but could be complained about to the authorities.

The man who checked us in and out was wonderful! Very nice and helpful. We were allowed to check in early and had plenty of parking spaces (even with a college football game, pro football game, and Labor Day weekend festivities going on). Lovely hotel.

The lady who was in charge of breakfast could have had a much better attitude. Her demeanor screamed that she disliked her job. The updates of the hotel was nice but seemed a little disarray.

The location was perfect for all of the parts of Pittsburgh that I needed to get to. The room was spacious and clean and the variety of pillows provided was a plus.

Vehicle access to the property was horrible. I had to make U-turns in heavy traffic to get on the correct side of the road, in order to enter the hotel road. This was due to the median barrier that prevented left turns into and out of the hotel lot.

Close to the venue, not so hard to find. Clean.

A little dated in appearance, wifi would not stay connected.
