Location was great! Rooms are comfortable and quiet! We have stayed there several times!
Our toilet was not working and maintenance had to come up to fix. They were courteous and quick to arrive and problem solved.

The location is very convenient. Rooms are spacious
We've stayed here before and we don't remember the bathrooms being so run down. There are cracks in the walls, a good amount of mold in the shower, and we couldn't find a switch for the fan anywhere.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms! Common areas looked nice as well!
Was told I would be able to check in early, when arrived was not given access to room until normal check in time. Particularly upsetting because I traveled in from out of town and came early because I was told early check in was in fact possible. Check in staff was also not exactly accommodating, just said it wasn’t possible.

Location is good if you have a car.
A/C terribly loud, could not sleep even with my ear plugs. Pillows were so soft, very uncomfortable. Housekeeping never came. Gym was not well maintained. Some dumbbells were missing. No cups for water at gym!

Nice staff and modern hotel located a short drive from downtown. Excellent well equipped room with a divided living space including sofa and TV. Car parking isn't cheap but convenient and connected to hotel. Really enjoyed my stay.
Trying to scan ticket to leave car park is awkward.
