Pros +

  • The staff was absolutely incredible - one of the best I've ever experienced and I'm a very frequent traveller.
  • welcoming, unfussy, good soundproofing, totally effective blackout blinds
  • Good location for my conference. I used the fitness room and that was okay, had what I needed.

Cons -

  • The room didn't appear to be very clean (especially the sheets) and I had skin irritation on the backs of both legs after three nights, assumably from the bedding. Also did not have hot water for the entirety of the stay.

  • When I arrived, it was a little confusing where to go. I had to lug my suitcase up the steps. After I found out I could have entered at the ground entrance by pushing a button. The staff were also not super friendly-kind of short and didn't seem happy

Location was perfect! Everything was pretty much in walking distance. The customer service was great. We liked the fact that there were board games available for leisure. The terrace area was an entire vibe!
The carpet in the rooms are little outdated and smelled. The price for parking in general was a bit extreme. $60 to valet daily. Street parking was cheaper.
