Cons -
- have stayed multiple times and has been decreasing in quality over years--not a true 4.5 star hotel anymore.
- Only two working elevators. A number of times, long waits to get on an elevator.
- Room are small, bed is not advertised size (king is not king). Bathroom is directly infront of bed, thus smell of Bathroom covers the bed. And they have too many fees worth more than the reservation itself.
