- No towels. No phone or clock maybe unplugged did not investigate tangled wiring. No staff after 8, no staff or coffee at 6am. Bed ok pillows were not ok really hated the experence even Germany was better thats saying something. It was place to sleep ptl.
- The location was great! Although it was not advertised, they were accommodating about having a refrigerator in each room. When there were not towels in the room, they provided a limited supply.

- The place could use some sprucing -up. Needs new carpeting, someone tell them what fitted sheets are and where they go, please. They gave us towels but no wash cloths. Very stingy with soap. Very poor vending machines. Couldn't find the ice machine.

- The smell of smoke was pervasive throughout the building (except the lobby). We had requested a nonsmoking room; however, the room reeked of smoke. A room change helped, but the smoke odor was still present. 1st room had used sanitary napkins in trash.

It was exactly where I needed it to be; the room was spacious and quiet. Just perfect for my needs.
I have read several negative reviews. I have no idea what these reviewers are talking about--or where they might have stayed. My experience was just fine!
