- The AGM refused to refund our payment even though it was a partial stay and the third party booking system agreed to refund partial payment. The AGM has not answered several voicemails as well. They likely double booked the rooms because we stayed half the time.

- No cleaning service although asked for. Beds too soft. Sink in bathroom is ridiculously shallow. Sink does not drain. No clean towels until asked for. Called front desk let ring at least 50 times no answer.

We did not eat there. Did attend after party in the lobby.
Pillows were to firm which made sleeping difficult. Quilt on the bed only came up to the middle of the bed.
