under construction dry wall dust could not breath left 2 days early

Front desk staff were quick & friendly Jill in the breakfast area was very friendly and the breakfast choices were decent.

It could use some room renovations a little dated.

Amenities were superb. The hot tub and pool were both very clear water with perfect temperature. The breakfast was more than adequate with many choices including eggs, potatoes,and a meat and much more.

There was one character at that hotel which caused us problems. She came to the hot tub while we were in there. She talked a bit and left. Later, she offered me a gift card if I would give her money. I think her significant other was in the scheme too

handicap accessible room was conveniently located , very spacious for wheelchairs and wonderful. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and body washes in the shower, better than the little bottles.

It was close to the destination of our trip and was easy to access from the highway. It was also close to places to eat.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

I was given a handicapped friendly room upon request. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful. The complimentary breakfast was above and beyond. So, to sum it up, my stay there really showed a dedication to customer satisfaction.

our room was facing highway - VERY noisy. darks barking in rooms. one group had 2 large dogs and 1 small dog.

Continental Breakfast was great! Check in/Check out was quick and easy Option of spa and pool! We were RIGHT around the corner from an ice machine,which I needed for my big cup

Housekeeping was lacking Didn't replace paper drink cups during our visit Didn't replace facial tissue holder into the vanity Didn't replace backup toilet paper Didn't make beds very nicely, they were very sloppy looking Didnt secure trach can liners etc.

It was very clean, the staff was always at the desk and friendly,pool was warm and clean, the breakfast was amazing!

Hot tub was actually so hot I couldn't put my feet in without burning. I know this probably sounds ridiculous but I'm used to hot water as well as my son and he didn't even get a full foot in.

The room was clean and great mattress

I stay at a lot of Hampton ¿. Terrible. Breakfast ,,,

I feel that staff is very friendly always take them to say hello how is everything. The pool area is kept very clean. Breakfast was delicious as always.

The room and the bed. I slept so well and loved the pillows. And it was very quiet.

No lounge. Also nothing in room to get information of what hotel offers and times. I missed breakfast because I thought it wa till 11:00 but it was only to 10:00&

Convenient for where we were travelling

The breakfast is hot, bonus, but not very good. There is a cracker barrel right next door.

Easy check in and check out. Loved continental breakfast, even with a toddler.

The staff was so nice, and the hotel was very clean and everything is operating again. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Hopefully they will be done the construction near by soon, but it wasn¿t a big deal.

This hotel is conveniently located. I appreciate the included breakfast. They offer a real meal not just snacks.we enjoy the heated pool.

Convenient location

Unfortunately because of Covid breakfast was not that great, but that is understandable.

There was no one at the front desk when I arrived and I had to wait quite some time. Then when the woman got to the desk she seemed as though I was interrupting her. Then again in the morning there was no one at the desk. I just dropped the keys on desk

Rooms are always clean, perfect for when I come to see my sister.

Some of the managers on duty are confusing with instructions and are very rude.
