Hampton Inn & Suites New Castle

Cleanliness, staff services. Hotel employee and lady at breakfast kitchen. Superb and loyal staff to there management. Hotel employee was another great employee.

Hilton Honors member usually get the couple bottled water but someone missed that opportunity.

Filthy disgusting stains on bench seat in both rooms, had to point out the nasty bed bug infestation to them in 2 different rooms on opposite sides of the hotel and customer service was horrible. Did stay in either room for more Than 30 seconds.

Hampton has all the amenities. The lounge is really nice.

staff seemed a bit nosy. surrounding area is a bit sketchy and might be the reason for that - not the fault of Hampton. overall, very good service.

Room was not clean..there was beer in the min fridge and straw wrappers on the bathroom floor. I asked for an additional cot and was told the manager would be in and he would let me know. I even left my cell phone number if I was not in the room.

Clean, great look and feel, staff was very cheerful.

I would not suggest this hotel to anyone, the management of this Hotel is not considerate of there guests or future guests. I would never Book again with Hampton inn

Coffee not strong enough.Also the elevators were broken ..needed an employee to operate the elevator..this was annoying.

My husband and I loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly, the beds are SO comfortable, and the room was beautiful and very clean. We also loved the fitness center and pool. We will be back!

They charge $ 50.00 dollars extra to make check in and check out, that makes no sense to me, I don't plan to come back.

The renovated room was nice.

The place was torn apart. I was charged over $170 before tax for a hotel in a shambolic state in New Castle, PA. I understand you have to pout up with stuff when you renovate. But the cost was high end for a Hampton Inn in a small town and a closed lobby.
