- Location. And the room temperature.

Cons -
- There was roaches in my bathroom room #214, was switched to room 108, shower rod broken, hair dryer dirty and didn't work no coffee maker. Also sidewalks and walkways had not been shoveled. Never again.

- One elevator was not properly working.. Plastic up on the exterior could not see out of the windows.. Found a few dead roaches.. Air-conditioned was only blowing out room temp air.. pool was out of service.. Garbage can on staircase smelled terrible..
