Holiday Inn Express and Suites Lancaster - Mount Joy By IHG

It was clean, smelled fresh, and comfortable beds

Difficult to access, especially leaving, due to the road layout.

Cleanliness of room, shared areas, and breakfast area. The free continental breakfast was one of the best ones I have been to. Lots of options, the food was great, staff were friendly.

Cleanliness and friendly, competent staff

Hot water dispenser was not used just for hot water.? coffee grounds and a coffee taste was present when brewing tea

The hotel is very clean and has a great free hot breakfast. There are some fast food options and supermarkets nearby. We stayed there for a weekend so that we could drive to Hershey Park which was about an easy 20 minute drive away.

Beds are a bit too firm for my side sleeping preference.
