Pros +
- The pool area was nice, and the breakfast area was well stocked.
- Close to the destination temple
- Room not as lean as expected. Dirty towel from previous guess still hanging. Bed still not ready with pillows messy up. Fridge still left food smell from previous guess.
Cons -
- Beds were not comfortable
- booked a 2 queen bed room and was forced to have a king room with a pull out cot, not ideal for an adult with bad back!!!! they also charged for the room which i had to go and have credited back off my card.
- Despite booking 6 months in advance, they oversold our room type and we got bumped to a room that didn't function well for our needs. We would have been happy to cancel completely for a refund, but we were not given that option.
