Proximity to festival we attended

Did not have a microwave or fridge in the room. Microwave in the lobby was in poor working condition. Had to heat items up for 3-4x the suggested time. Rooms were incorrectly advertised.

The staff here was wonderful! Everyone went out of their way to help. When I asked about where I could get snacks, Travis recommended the Dollar Store next door, calling it to make sure it was open. A lady hunted down a blanket when I was cold---so kind!

The way I was welcomed and taken care of during my stay. I mentioned I was allergic to animals and was placed in a room that did not accommodate animals, even though this is a pet friendly hotel.

Location

Properly trained staff. Traveller's don't want to hear their problems. Lack of sheets in room, when it's booked for four people. Ignored guest needs of pillows (not in room for guests).

Location to what we were doing. Experience was average to good.

Our do not disturb sign was ignored and our room was cleaned. I didn¿t ask for any coffee(5am), morning two I asked and the lady just simply answered and said no, we don¿t put things out till 6. And on day three another lady made happily

the staff was very nice and accommodating and the location was perfect and 4 mins away from where I needed to be. the rooms are very exceptionally clean I already booked for next month in May again!

rooms are not sound proof. you can hear everything going on outside the room and the room adjacent to mine.

Room was clean but small.

Booked two rooms at the same time and requested they be adjoining. Hotel was empty but staff refused to give us adjoining rooms. Also. No food vending machines. Which normally would not matter, but Marioniville only has two (very bad) restaurants.

I loved the central location to the national forest and the beautiful country that is Forest County. The shower pressure was excellent as well. That is important when staying in hotels.

I didn¿t like the fact that there was no continental breakfast due to the ridiculousness of covid, but the price of the rooms stayed the same. Also not related to the hotel, but more the area. There are no real good places to eat.

Clean ;quite:friendly:breakfast room was accommodating to early morning hunters wanting a 1/2 hour then normal breakfast Lots of great big clean fluffy towels

Location was good. It was actually a little better than expected. Rooms look like they were recently renovated. So very clean and nice . Will probably book again next time out that way .

What I like about the hotel the free parking & breakfast the room was very clean the tv has the rite station the people was so nice

It was blocks from where we needed to be.

Hairs from previous people on turned pillows...cobwebs in corners...spiderweb behind curtain next to where u sleep (got bit)..ripped sheets..splatter on wall above desk( blood like) room 168...desk boy not very helpful or resourced..glad I was out all day

Front desk staff went above & beyond.
