Hampton Inn & Suites Mansfield

Had everything I needed for my trip plus the front desk gentleman was very helpful.

Removable shower heads are much better than the fixed one in my room. I imagine that short people can’t reach it.

We really enjoyed the fact that they offered the full breakfast, but they accepted pets and even had an area for pets. They also had an area for people who smoke or designated smoking area. If there was anything that we were in need of they did assist.

When calling back to confirm the reservation I was given a difficult time by one of the hotels front desk staff individuals name started with a B.

Clean and well kept up. No mold or dirt.

Better organization of parking lot needed.

Specifically called with regard to the pool and hot tub and was told it was open until 10. Arrived to only find out the pool and hot tub were not in service. Then upon reading the reviews, they have not been an operation for at least three years!

The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was good.

I reserved a room with a walk in shower. I didn't get it. The staff very smartly that I should have called them to confirm my reservation to get a walk in shower. the staff was negative about my online reservations.

Extremely convenient location/off the highway. Friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The room was nice and clean and the hotel as a whole was very quiet.

The shower was a disorganized mess. I understand it was a handicap assessable room, which was fine, but it had two shower heads, and it leaked all over the floor, which is not friendly for the handicapped. also the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

The pool was not working, the hotel looked like it was not being maintained well. The breakfast buffet did not even have eggs- the emphasis in this place seems to be to do it as cheaply as possible. Not what I expected from a Hilton brand Hotel.

Neat, big rooms/bath, ample parking space, great staff

Hotel pool and hot tub where down. We went there for these facilities. No sign on pool and we swam in it. Room was large but very worn. Beds were made poorly

The staff was outstanding.

The showerhead was messed up I had lousy water pressure. The TV screen is pretty small for such a big room. And the refrigerator barely kept my stuff cold there was no adjustment on it that I could see.

It's clean, comfortable and the staff is helpful.

The room was updated and clean. The person checking me in suggested I park my motorcycle underneath the canopy which made for a much more pleasant travel experience. I will definitely be booking with this hotel again.

Hotel was clean and fairly modern stylings. Staff was courteous and friendly. Continental breakfast included but a restaurant within walking distance as well.

Mostly what I look for and expected from Hampton Inn clean beds, sheets, floor and most (read what I didn't like) of the room. Loved the return of the full breakfast in this over-politicized COVID epidemic.

The fan in the bathroom barely turned on and the mini fridge was not cleaned out.

Clean, safe, quiet and very comfortable.

Price a little higher than I look for but glad to have a nice clean and safe stay on a Sat.
