- We have stayed here recently and the receptionist is great. So helpful and personable. The room is clean and comfortable and no issues. Having the bar and food available is a plus.
- Rooms were clean. Well stocked.
- Very clean. The staff were very diligent in making sure the public areas were clean. The room was very clean. The hotel was recently updated and very nice.
Cons -
- This hotel and the room I paid for was advertised as being ?accessible?. It is completely not. You have to go down a flight of stairs to get the the elevators to the ?A? Wing. The button for the elevator is about 5 1/2 feet up and the doors very heavy
- I had to pay for breakfast. Never had to do that before.
- There was heavy traffic at the front of the hotel as it is a major intersection. We will stay at the rear of the hotel in the future.
