Real nice place to stay. Located minutes from food and Sight & Sound theater. Clean, evening cookies, great breakfast spread! King bed felt real big! Great pool area. Plenty to watch on TV! Good amount of surfaces for bags and such.

Fridge didn’t have freezer area. Carts were a little gross. Two sinks in bathroom didn’t make sense.

Very spacious rooms. Bed linens and towels.

Not enough parking! Parking behind the hotel not safe.

A little outdated but they kept it as clean and fresh as possible without major renovations.

The hot tool was absolutely amazing. I used it every night before bed. Breakfast had so many options it was hard to choose from. The staff were friendly and inviting. I can't wait to go back.

Loved the pool/whirpool, belgian waffles at breakfast and family friendly atmosphere. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated.

The beds were a bit too soft, a little narrow and the breakfast could have a carb-free egg option.

A big noise from trucks driving on highway. Can't normally sleep if windows face the highway.

Out of date, beds not comfortable

This was our 2nd time staying & it exceeded our expectations...the room was clean & well kept, the hotel is also very clean, the free breakfast is great!The staff is friendly & keeps everything in tip top shape!Our daughter loves the indoor pool & hour tub & what really puts a cherry on top of our stay!Definitely recommend!

The room was wonderful. There was plenty of room and it had great lighting options with plenty of available electrical outlets. The HVAC system worked real well. They had grab bars in the shower for safety. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff were very helpful. We will recommend it to our friends and we definitely plan to use the hotel anytime we visit Lancaster

The parking lot was a problem on Saturday night but that was impacted by the remnants of the bad snow and ice storm we had a couple of weeks ago.

Bed comfortable

Bathroom door sounded like was going to break each time closed door.Shower had high pitched whistling sound

Staff were wonderful and helpful including after I locked myself out of my room. Small amenities like 24/7 free coffee/tea/cocoa were great. Room was comfortable and staff upgraded to suite. Overall absolute thumbs up!!

Very minor issue - a few more choices/options at breakfast would have been nice.

Clean, safe, comfortable

The property is in a great location. The rooms are spacious and clean and very quiet. The breakfast is a great bonus to an already great stay. There’s a heated pool and spa. I highly recommend it. And can’t wait until we can go again:)

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the time it was open was good.

Our 2nd year staying here for an anniversary getaway. The hotel is so nice, rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. We have enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast is also nice.

breakfast is weird. A few healthy option: boiled eggs, apples and oatmeal and the rest processed carbs and sweets and a terrible starched gravy .

My daughter and I loved our stay! Our room was very clean and the staff was pleasant making us feel comfortable right at home. Beds are sooo comfy! We enjoyed the hot tub as well!! Highly recommend!!!
