I was still in the room when housekeeping came the first day and the did not come back that day.

It was clean and the staff were very helpful

The room was cheap, though that was not unexpected. The beds were hard, the pillows were flat, the walls were thin, and half of our outlets blew a fuse even though all we had plugged into those was a lamp. This was troublesome because I require a CPAP.

We did not stay at this hotel because when I booked it, I was assured that it was an ADA room and wheelchair accessible! It was not! The room was on the second floor - there was no elevator - and it was not handicap accessible!

Refer to the above note. I couldn't even get into the office to check in as there were two steps. My daughter was going to check us in. The clerk told her that there was no note on our invoice stating that we needed an ADA room which I told the person.

The advertisement on line showed different pictures of rooms not available. Floor was filthy. Deceptive to advertise breakfast and then not have it available.

one room key didn't work and machine broke down. Shower wasn't clean in one room. Breakfast was virtually non-existant.

Scam . I contacted the hotel to be refunded and they didn¿t care about it . I was waiting 48 hours to be refunded, they didn¿t. So now I¿ll the consumer division. Unfortunately somebody needs to take a action.

Nothing it was disgusting. We walked in right after the cleaning team walked out and the drains were clogged with hair. My elderly parents wouldn't use their shower because it was filthy. I had to get Clorox wipes from my car to clean the toilet.

Images on the site are false advertising. I took pictures of my room...the door wouldn't even seal closed.

Close to where we needed to travel to for an overnight stay.

There is nothing nice to say about the stay, this facility should be condemned. Cockroaches running about, room dirty and smelled, did not feel safe staying there.

No breakfast. Crappy "lobby," small rooms, not very clean. Got woken up at 3:30 a.m. both mornings by noisy guests. Door was not tight, couldn't engage the deadbolt. Just rather a low-class place. And I suddenly have a great many itchy red bug bites......

Room had been smoked in before. So our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. The security latch on the door was broken. Will never stay in a Red Carpet hotel again.

The day we check out

It a death trap there electric outlets where hanging out of the wall and one had burn marks on it and up the wall doors were all split up the help was not very helpful

It was located near a good restaurant

It was Old decrepit and dirty. My door did not even close correctly. I used the bar lock because I was scared tge doe could be pushed open. Not worth the money and would request compensation.

The location and availability. The price I payed was very good!

The rooms are not very cozy cause there's alot of dust in the room. I'm allergic to dust so I was sick the days I stayed because of the dust. There was roaches in the room as well. Not good!

Close by to shopping center.

Yes I got bit by bed buds and I have photos for proof I will never stay there again.

The staff was nice abd help full

This hotel has bed bugs I gotten bitten and our kep didn’t work in the door they had to transfer us to another room that had dirty abd bed bugs

Great location to Lancaster & in busy flourishing West Lanc.

No indoor pool & no laundry facilities on-site.

I mistakenly booked our room twice for the same day and they wouldn't refund ny money. I have stayed there for 2 out of 3 weeks and one time made a mistake with my booking. They acknowledged my mistake but wouldn't extend a refund. Horrible representation

It was nice to have a hotel where I requested but the hotel was run down let staff was not professional I offered my reservation to confirm what my was and they said no and then they ended up charge on my card later saying that I wasn't charge right

The hotel was run down will not stay there again housekeeping left my door open after cleaning the Room cable was a math hard to understand
