I like the area because there’s a lot of stores and the pool

The hotel is nice and everything, but the smell in the room was kinda smelly

Upon arrival, I went to use the toilet. To my disgust the toilet was filthy. The receptionist sent someone to clean the toilet. I then discovered that the toilet simply did not work - it would not flush. The receptionist changed my room.

Yes the front desk only takes cash as a security.... They argued with me very unprofessionally before they finally took my card

Location was great. Fit y needs.

Confirmed a King room on first floor but when I arrived told over booked and no rooms. Ended being offered 2 full beds handicap room. The light switch operated nothing. The TV did not turn on. The light by the beds need to st d to operate.

it was incredibly dirty and smelly. It smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and there was a toenail or fingernail on our floor. Trash was still in our room from previous guests.

There was no breakfast

Toilet leaked, bath tub was very slippery, there was mold growing on both dust ruffles, room smelled awful.There was no one at the desk in the morning, just a sign indicating a phone # if help was needed.

Breakfast area under construction to become a conference room.Strange odor in elevator every time we went in it.Cigarette butts on floor in hallways.No Do Not Disturb sign. Had to get from front desk.Not enough towels in room.No bath mat.No coffee maker in room.Coffee in lobby barely warm.Sheets on bed were dirty.Wall outlets placed very high on wall.Could not fully open fridge door due to placementof fridge.Floor dirty.No desk - just an odd end table.Desk chair - super uncomfortable.Enough with the pot smell.Check in material had amenities that should have been available marked out with a sharpie. TV did not work - had to get the desk clerk to come up and connect the TV. Air/Heat not on upon arrival - room smelled musty.Only two trash cans.Bugs in room.Window dirty.It didnt need gambling machines off the lobby.

Terrible smell!!!!

The room smelled terrible. There were white stains all over the rug. The remote had a sticky residue all over it(that would not even cone off when i tried to clean it.) Had to call maintenance to get the TV to work. Towels were very scratchy.

The room was not bad decent size and fairly clean

My family came up to Lancaster for an event. As we pulled up and arrive there is a bunch of people on the balcony and in the parking lot screaming, yelling and partying. I went inside to check in and mentioned something to the front desk guy and he did not seem to care. Made him aware that there's all these people partying everywhere. He did not care. As we're going up to our room, the hallways are very dirty. Trash bag sitting around random trash thrown everywhere. It is not very clean.

The beds were extremely small for two people. They only give you two towels and we had four people. I did ask the lady working and walking around for two more towels. I said I had four people and it was on the registration. She said she would go check, and she never came back and she never brought me my towels. I don’t understand why you get two towels in every room very stingy if you ask me.. the area was absolutely perfect!

The area it was located in. The pool and that they gave us a 1st Floor.

Not given enough towels, also the towels were old and rough, no blankets. Also rooms need to be cleaned better

Location to good food ?

Room was uncomfortable. Pillows were too thin. Had to roll them into a ball to sleep.

Staff was friendly.

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Two rooms had young children and austic childten. 2nd night, fire alarm malfunctioned and kept going off for over an hour. The kids were freaking out and the parents left. So, i checked two rooms out.l

LOCATION, Hardwood floors, Pet friendly. staff friendly. I feel safe here, too. Plenty of Parking.

Elevator was slower than usual, but I could still take stairs. No big deal.

It was the cheapest place for good reason, fine for what it was but it could have been a lot better.

Unfriendly staff, constant smell of cigarette smoke coming through the AC from the people on the balconies below, asked for 2 towels to replace the 2 that we used so we could go to the pool, staff never gave them. Pool was ok but smokers above the chairs kept ashing on the pool chairs and there were holes burned in all of them.

Nothing. I picked it bc it was close to sight and sound theatre

Location. Near restaurants and Dutch Wonderland.

Cigarette and pot smoke everywhere on property. Had to change rooms because of the smoke odor. Suppose to be smoke free hotel. NOT SO!

I like the location. I like the fact that it was right next to a few restaurants and the hotel itself was very clean .

The elevator seemed a little out dated.
