the staff were friendly

no toilet paper at all in the room, hair dryer did not work, not enough towels for 2, bedspread was stained and had embedded dirt.

Staff was helpful

Our room was very dirty and for was sticky. I called about a week before coming and told hot tub was open and was told when we got there that it had been closed for a while. We probably would have stayed elsewhere as a hot tub is important to us.

Quiet!

Aside from the obviously mentally disturbed front desk woman. Yes. It was a 10° nite front desk tells me no heat in the room. After driving 20 minutes each way to get a space heater for the room. She lied. Heat worked. Get new staff.

The room was clean

Had a problem in the first room tv, they moved me. First shower I took water was warm would not get hotter. First morning no cold water. Went down to breakfast coffee and tea machines were not working so no hot beverage.

The WiFi didn’t work. NO washcloths! Toilet did not flush . Sink would not drain. Front desk didn’t help. Elevator was questionable. Lawn had not been mowed all year. Other people w/reservations could not check in because they didn’t have any rooms clean.

The floors were so dirty it turned my kids feels black within a few minutes. There were dead bugs as well. I asked for it to be cleaned and they left the bug and so much dirt behind. Also the bed sheets had old food stains and they never changed them.

The location was perfect for easy off, easy on access to 3 major routes. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable.

Nothing it smell and had roaches

They didn't have no wash rags to take a shower with, and they also had roaches

Was close to highway, fuel and food not far away.

Definitely dated, not the cleanest. Very odd you walk in from street level but they consider that floor 4.

Paid for a suite, but essentially got an adjoining room with a sofa bed, no TV and a fridge and microwave. The attached restaurant and bar were closed, therefore requiring a drive away to get dinner.

The night time clerk at the front desk was awesome. The breakfast was good.

The morning clerk was rude and responded like I was bothering her because our room didn't have wash cloths so I could get a shower and be checked out on time.

Yes the pool room was extremely warm also the lower floors were very Humid in the hall way dimly lit. No maid service

Grounds were in poor condition. Rooms needed a bit of maintenance upgrade.

The room was not clean and was disgusting. The hotel wasn't very clean and had a funny smell. Did not stay and had to email the manager for refund but haven't heard back from them.

HOTEL WAS OK.....ROOM WAY TO SMALL..GEES THE DAM TOILET WAS ON A ANGLE TO MAKE IT FIT...........

THE BEEAKFEST WAS HORRIBLE....MY FRIEND GOT REALLY SICK.....THE EGGS WERE IN A PLASTIC BAG........AND THE BACON..AT LEAST I THINK IT WAS BACON....IT HAD TO BE THE WORST BREAKFEST I EVER HAD IN A HOTEL.....

The breakfast was good.

I booked for two days and I left after one day. I was not able to get a refund. The pool area is dirty and I would not choose this location again. The restaurant is closed. It was a disappointment and a waste of money.

Had to wait a long time to check in, the floor in our room and the hallways were dirty, seemed they were understaffed

The location was convenient plenty of parking the staff were helpful and friendly the complementary breakfast was delightful with an array of hot and cold food the rooms were clean everything worked the microwave and mini fridge are a nice touch

To our dismay the Bar Restaurant located on the property were closed

Staff was very friendly and responsive.

Housekeeping is lax. Furniture had a layer of dust. First room, the bed frame was broken and bed tipped when I sat down. Both rooms had layer of dust on the furniture. 2nd room had one wash cloth, one hand towel, and 1/2 roll of toilet paper
