Whenever I has a problem or question, the staff responed quickly and helpfully and courtesly.

Owner was not there when we arrived at 3 to check in.

Lower level room could hear people upstairs walking around.

Location to local attractions and the room rate

Would prefer carpeted floors rather than tile.

Leaving

The room was dirty. Floors were nasty. Front desk office was closed when i went to check out.

TV was direct TV did not carry ABC for football games

Location, general appearance was nice. I liked the wood laminated flooring. Bathroom was fairly clean.

The coffee pot had not been cleaned, there was green liquid and old grounds in the carafe. The room needed a good dusting.

Clean, functional, safe, and great for the price.

My coffee maker didn’t work.

The tv worked. Good coffee in office.

Bare floors may be cleaner than carpets, however they are also louder - could hear every move in room above us. This is a very spartan hotel. No frills. Hard bed. Two small pillows. One blanket over one sheet. Cold. No instructions for the room temp.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Jack Frost Ski Resort.

The free breakfast had broken machines and moldy cream cheese. The room had little light and the appliance were very old (the microwave had dials!).

It was quiet and a good size

Reasonably priced and central location relative to the intersecting highways I-80 and 476. Night desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable, and competent. She is an asset!

The check out was a bit 'abrupt' owing to the chambermaids assuming I did not request a late checkout for noon - which I did and was authorized for. I informed her I arranged for such and she seemed to dispute my testimony in that regard. Not courteous.

It's a good discount motel. Close to everything, somewhat dated but clean. Didn't have a need for the efficiency kitchen but I imagine during ski season it would be great to have.

The bed and employees were nice.

When I seen how messy the outside was and the poor appearance it did not make a good impression. But the room was clean and the bed was nice.

The staff was very nice. When asked for something they helped you like for directions or what activities are around, I found them very helpful. The only bad thing, which is not so bad is it is at least a half an hour from anywhere. It's good otherwise.

Too far from area attractions.

Location to my business venue suite-style room was nice

Room and property are not well maintained 2 day stay - no hand towels for 2nd day

Close to Jack Frost / Big Boulder ski areas. Pizza place next door is great

Run down and on the dirty side. Nothing disgusting, but wouldn't bring the wife.

The front staff was extremely rude to me and my husband!

It was your basic “old America” hotel. Definitely not fancy. Meets the needs of a quick overnight stay
