Pros +
- The breakfast was outstanding. The hot food was hot, and the cold food was cold. She loved the quiche. The fruit was fresh and plentiful. Even tho one timer didn't work, the waffle tasted great.
- Bed was comfortable.
- The staff and sleep and breakfast were good.
Cons -
- Only issue was the yogurt should be being kept refrigerated. It was just on the counter and was very liquidy. Did not eat it as yogurt should be firm, not liquid.
- no hot water and very rude staff and management.
- There was no hot water at all. They never told us till someone came in and wanted a refund due to no hot water while we were standing checking in. They gave us some excuse but come the morning....no hot water!!

The breakfast was good.
The heating system was not great---as very cold air would be blowing from the unit as part of the heating. Also, the amenities were not available. There was supposed to be a pool and hot tub--but neither were available.
