Not very clean. Had to go down to concierge to get the toothbrush and toothpaste because she did not want to bring it up.

This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you are near Route 81 and 78. The management is excellent, the hotel is clean, and the breakfast was great. Every kind of fast food and gas is available practically outside its door. I found it very convenient.

This hotel is located at a major Interstate Crossroad. It was absolutely well managed, the rooms were very clean, and breakfast well preparedwas compared to most other hotels standard fare. I spoke to the manager and told her how much I enjoyed this stay

The bathroom had a weird musty smell, like a mix of pee and old wet towels.

Room was great and updated! Beds were so comfortable. Clean and smelled good. I love the shampoo & conditioner bottles in shower. And the breakfast was amazing! The eggs were great and I NEVER eat eggs at hotel breakfasts. Great selection as well.

No reception in gym. Some difficulty getting on Wi-Fi but did work.

Rooms were clean and pretty nice. Hot breakfast was good.

Staff not the the most friendly. Seems they all are smokers, besides the front desk workers sitting/standing outside smoking on the phone, they stench of smoke on them when your interacting with them was horrible. The ice machine is only on 3rd floor!

Hotel should let you know there is construction going on.We were on 2nd floor & had to walk thru a disaster zone to get to the 5 rooms that were open on the whole floor.NO HOT WATER & staff knew about it.Smoke detector beeped all nite next door.

The price was very fair and the front desk was great.

On a very busy roadway though the hotel was quiet.

Hallways smelled. They used plug in air fresheners that only made the smoke smell worse because they tried converting the smell up.

The desk and breakfast staff were courteous. Room quiet and clean.

Elevator had an unpleasant old odor, so we used the stairs. The room also had an underlying old smoke smell, but not so overly offensive that we would have asked to be moved.

Perfectly fine. No complaints.

No shopping nearby such as supermarkets, a Wal-Mart, or such. That would have been nice as I was there for five nights.

Couldn't have room booked, when arrived told us they were renovating and wed have to switch. also couldn't pull up front to unload baggage because renovations were blocking. Had stained bedsheets, asked for new ones & were told there was no housekeeping
