Convenient location

Outside entrance way was in bad shape. Crumbling driveway area, so many cigarette butts, and an empty beer can there for days.

Hotel employee at reception was very helpful and pleasant. I checked in at Midnight and checked out by 7am and she was 150% cheerful and welcoming. Fantastic service.

The Bathroom wasn?t cleaned at all. The water pressure was weak in both the toilet and the sink was stopped up The Refrigerator wasn?t on at all which caused about 150 dollars of food thrown out

Room was very damp, keys did not work

Very clean, quiet. Full size pump soaps, shampoos, body wash. Plenty of towels. Good hot breakfast with yummy cinnamon rolls!

A Gold IHG members should have late checkout till 2pM like courtyard hotel members , but the manager and PSR harassed and made things difficult for a regular customer in the morning.

Location and no visible signage at road that looked like it led no where and so we ended up on the Turnpike going 16 miles out of our way plus the cost of tolls! commode didn?t flush properly and tub did not drain.

Bath but had red mold. Ceiling in bathroom had some water damage

Quick check in with friendly staff. Very clean room with plenty of towels. Very nice breakfast. Loved the warm cinnamon rolls!!

The location was perfect and the breakfast was convenient.

The room was very worn out. Also handicap so everything was low to the ground. The main door wouldn¿t close without slamming it shut. Hotel staff was noisy. Could hear everything they did.

it's location

The internet was terrible. most of the time I could not connect and when I did it booted me off in 5 minutes. The hallway carpet and the elevator carpet was very dirty. The bathroom had hair on the floor.

Breakfast was good and staff were nice.

Rooms could have been more clean and there was some odor in the rooms and rest rooms.

They tried to overcharge most of the people in our group who had already prepaid. The hotel did not have a pool. It was a sketchy area & there were people hanging around outside making us uncomfortable. The breakfast was late & the staff was rude.

Not easy to find. GPS directions were odd and no clear signage from the road. Parking lot does not have a good entrance.
