Pros +

The front desk worker was very nice
The front desk employee tried to make things right.

Cons -

There are roaches. And there is mold or bodily fluid on the couch. It was disgusting
Room was filthy, urine on floor. New room was also dirty, carpet was not vacuumed, window lock broken, shower curtain rod was broken, jacuzzi did not work. Very gross smell.
