- Everything was horrible
- Everything. Poor service (no one was at the front desk and when someone finally happened by she was surly and unapologetic). The whole hotel smelled like smoke. The room was disgusting with dirty sheets and ashes everywhere. I want a refund
- The hotel had a smell that made you want to puke first room I got the heater only blew cold air the second room the door did not lock properly so I had to barricade it with the iron board the blanket was covered in stains the tub was disgusting
