Furniture out in front of most 1st FL rooms, many on 2nd FL. Muddy boots, trash outside some rooms. Shower curtain smelled. At 2 AM, a guest blasted music. Another guest yelled at him, they argued for 10 minutes.

The room was comfortable.

The property looked like a run down abandoned structure with seedy looking characters hanging around.

Not clean Stayed 4 days housekeeping only came to room once Went to front desk for towels no one was at front desk waited 15mins

Poor sound separation, dirty storefront windows, cleaning lady wants to go home and wants your room despite it is not checkout time, Windows have no insect screens.

The location was perfect for my needs the staff was very helpful The hotel was very clean

The people was awesome and the rate wasn't bad either

Not the hotel my room the light in bathroom barely worked and the TV didn't shut off but besides that great.

The Price was good...but you obviously get what you pay for. It was adequate.

Because there was only a window in the back of the room, the room was dark. At night with all of the lights on, it was still dark...especially in the bathroom. Also, it said that breakfast was included but a sign in lobby said no breakfast due to covid.

Room and bedding was clean.

Couch was grungy. Bathroom very small and no exhaust fan. Reserved a 2 double beds-non smoking room, ended up with a king bed only and the smoke from next door came in room thru bathroom ceiling vent (no open rooms to switch). No breakfast included.

Small small bathroom without exhaust fan. Questionable location, some people there appeared to live there and weren¿t very clean and looked suspicious. Behind hotel the view was some sort of abandon building right out of a murder movie.

Price. Room at ground level. Microwave & fridge in room. Nice TV. Multiple possibilities to plug my phone charger.

Strong smell in room. They should quit advertising breakfast (not offered, just coffee or tea) Advertised high speed WIFI didn¿t exist (quite lousy). Sunday midnight and kids on upper level kept running, but nobody stopped them. This is a half star hotel.

Very dirty not maintained mold in the showers. We had to track down housekeeping for clean towels and toilet paper housekeeping never came to our rooms to see if we needed anything. We stayed for 5 days. Very disappointed with our stay

Housekeeping never came during my 8 nights, I had to request more towels or I wouldn't have gotten them. There was another customer throwing cereal and stuff onto all the cars and when I told the office she acted stupid. They limit your "FREE" breakfast.

Staff were friendly

Toilet was not secure, and the toilet seat was not good. Breakfast was not acceptable, in that there were no bowls for cereal, the "hot water" for tea was cold, and there were no tea bags.

Wonderful customer service. Clean.

Bathroom ceiling needed repairs.

That the associate was sleeping for 45minutes after arriving.... So myself and family had to wait until he woke up. My bed had dirty liens. My lights went out @ 2am forced me to shower in the dark along with my family.
