Large room on first floor. Conveniently located off 81.

Road noise was not insignificant. Only one chair for table.

I found two ants in bed and asked the front desk to changed bed sheets, but they ignored my request! The food was in very low quality, too There are missing lotions in one room The bar opened very late, so noisy during the late night

Location, staff and cleanliness

Room faced Route 81. I don¿t think there¿s any noise insulation in this place. Could hear every door slamming, every conversation next door and in the hall. Won¿t stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location, very clean with great staff. breakfast was very good. They have a dog station out back for you pets!

the cons are bed was not comfy at all. noise from highway and the hotel room doors are so hard shutting you hear and feel every door around you every time it shuts. I had my dog with me and she thought we had visitors every time a door shut.

The best was the staff ..she went above and beyond!

Overall, everything was okay but rooms weren't as big or as updated as many Hampton Inns for the price you pay.

No fridge in room. To go breakfast was skimpy

Coffee and breakfast did not meet expectations, hotel had a very large group of amall children for some type of hockey, they were out of control in lobby as well as running and screaming in halls and elevators, including at 2 am.

Room was a handicap room did not like the bathroom. We should have been notified ahead on this.

Friendly staff, greeted individuals each time they encountered them no matter how many times in one day.

no microwave or refrigerator in the room as you find in most typical hotels now days, especially when spending a week the ability to store food and drink is a plus. Rate for refrigerator ok but would be nice to have as standard room features.

There were roaches in my room.
