small tv

The price

The room smelled really bad. I had to open the window to air it out. Housekeeping can do a better job.

Rude manager. Stains and smells everywhere.

Lady at breakfast was very nice

Manager is rude to customers and other employees. Black mold in bathroom. Barely any water pressure in shower. Ceiling tiles falling down. Wall paper sealing off. Place is gross

Breakfast was very good and the pool was nice. Staff was very nice especially at the attached diner. The price was right for the type of hotel and location.

The bar closed early on Saturday.

Breakfast made to order

Carpeting was dirty and room smelled of smome

Check in was at 3 couldn't check in until 345, they had no cleans rooms. Room smelt like Marijuana, the doors to entry were to used with a key card but was unlocked the whole time. One night they didn't have enough clean wash rags or towels Told to reuse

Easy check in, fabulous choices forecast down ( and served to you ) breakfast with great service

When we checked in we had to get an extension cord for both of us to use the one outlet on one side of bed. To be fair- when I mentioned that it was taken care of in installing a second outlet on other side of bed Heard people at night in opposite walls

The big suite

The carpet. The one lamp was not plugged in, one lamp didn't work, plug on top of bed stand did not hold cords properly, and had no soap.

It was a good location and the breakfast and staff was awesome.

The joining room locks were broken and telephone was dirty, shower had hair and the grit that was in the tub. The bed spring's were terrible 😞

If you want to get away for a night and see some live music and not drive afterwards, this is a great deal. Our room was very clean, and comfortable.

Pets allowed

The carpet in my room was wet due to leaks and the blankets were musty and stink

The price about it no where near west erie

No where near west erie the paint was peeling off the door I did not sleep at all

paint falling off the bathroom wall, musty smell ,electric conduit hanging off the wall with the electric wire in it , seen a couple of bugs we left a day earlier than expected

Location and price.

Tired, dirty and loud. AC thermostat not working, shower head leaking. Housekeeping staff disturbed us at 10:30 when check out is noon.

The staff was very attentive and friendly and the breakfast was good.

Yes the pool was under maintenance and they should have told us that on their website. The keys were hard to work. The hotel smells musty and they need to clean the hallways. Also my sheets has stains on them and my AC smelled musty.

The restaurant The food was great

Cigarettes butter everywhere out side

Breakfast was excellent, and our server was amazing!

When we arrived on a Tuesday, there were no clean rooms ready that afternoon. No one made up our room during our 4 night stay, although they did provide clean towels. The pool was not in service.

It was next to the interstate

No customer service. Rooms smelled of "weed," Wedged a towel under the door Chair broken, asked for a swap, told NO by manager. Light fixture had a missing socket in the base. Bulbs are held in place with tape.
