- No bar soap or cloths in bathroom desk attendant said she could not find any

- I paid for SPARK BY HILTON and we got there then we were told the reservation was in a different hotel (BEST WESTERN) wish in the app is cheaper than the one we paid for. Plus the breakfast was terrible.
