No elevator. Outdated interior. Mediocre breakfast.

Clean, comfortabke and helpful staff

We always stay at this hotel. Can't beat the price and the rooms have everything we need. It has a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, safe, Tv. Who could want more. Their free breakfast is unbelievable. Best one around.

Location was close to where I needed to be.

No elevator. Outlets were on a timer so I did not have fully charged devices overnight. HVAC unit fan was so loud that I had to turn it off to sleep. Breakfast area cramped & 'hot' water was warm.

My room could have curtains on the window instead of just a blind, it didn't cover the entire window. Only desk chair in the room which had some NASTY stains ,Staff shrugged it off when they were told about it. also could've used a small reading chair.

The sheets had cigarette hotel. Linen was never given in the four days there. When asked for towels, had to wait an entire 3 hours and was only given towels 2 when there was 4 people in the room. The air condition was broken. The breakfast was horrible.

The location was convenient for me. Was excellent value for the money also. The free breakfast was impressive too. The staff at check in was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was courteous and inviting.

In room coffee maker had mold, fridge froze everything I put in it while turned to low. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes, towels were stained yellow. Room adjacent was slamming their door from 8pm-2am, young children playing in hallway prior to 7am.

Beds were comfortable. Staff were very nice. Well lit parking lot out back

Old and outdated. Very noisy inside and outside. Breakfast was awful. we ended up having a bowl of cereal. Nobody there to maintain or ask for something missing.

Breakfast in the morning and the cleanliness of the room.

That I ordered a room with two queens and got a room two full beds

Is sure distance to my husband's work.

We did not like the eggs. Also it smelled like pot coming from a room.

Super low price

Room was not very clean, towels & blankets had stains. Not all outlets worked in the room

The staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Particularly in Farmville where the check-in woman printed a map and directions where I had to go to Longwood U. Otherwise, I could not have found it.

Location and price

The lock on the window was broken. I spoke with the hotel and was told that they had mo rooms left and would get refunded but havent seen anything.

The staff was wonderful - courteous & friendly.

LONG black hair strands everywhere - in the shower, the towels, the bed, the floor. No room service from the restaurant inside.

Actually had real breakfast in the am. Although the space they set up in is tiny & cumbersome with the other guests, everyone standing on top of another trying to get their items & get out the way. It was good. Front desk less than desirable attitude!

The front desk clerk when we checked in was extremely nice and helpful. Our rooms were next to one another and very clean.

The toilet in one of our rooms made a loud whining sound when flushed, but worked fine. The continental breakfast was pretty disappointing. One type of small donut, 3 types of cereal, bananas, coffee, & tea.

Nothing about this hotel was good.

The hotel was dirty and smelled bad and there was mold in the bathroom.

The tub was filthy & had not been cleaned at all! The tv did not work all night. They put my elderly mother in a smoking room and it smelled disgusting!

Not much to like. Dining area tiny. Would not choose to stay here again.

First floor reeked of cigarette smoke. All carpets dirty and worn. Second floor room we received was marginally better, but still not too clean. Clerk tried to give us a smoking room on arrival, also did not realize room had already been paid for.
