Cons -
- The sheets and towels were supposed to be changed every 2 days and they were not. There were far too many people at breakfast, far too few staff and many items ran out.
- I left something in the room after checkout and called the hotel back to make sure I could retrieve it but instead the housekeeper stole it and said she couldn?t find it. I knew it wasn?t true because of where I left it
- I waited an hour past check in because room wasn't ready....... bathroom lock was broken
