friendly people

the room across from me had two little dogs in it and they barked in the early morning and evening didnt like it at all

Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly breakfast staff, good breakfast

Check in staff did not communicate well. There was a problem with a key card system and the dtaff just let us stand there without letting us know what was going on and why we were getting checked in.

Location

Chose hotel with indoor pool, did not find out until after checkin that pool was closed for maintenance. Booked king room with pull out bed, given room without a pull out. Switched to 2 queen beds. Shampoo bottle empty, gym water empty, ice machine empty.

The front desk staff

The fact I booked this hotel mainly because it had a pool and jacuzzi and they were out of service for maintenance. It would have been nice to know. I was really looking forward to them.

Location and size of room

Paper thin walls, could hear everyone.

Bathroom had rust on tub, and tub mat was dirty. No bathroom vent.

Good location, room was fine (except there was no soap), and staff was helpful.

No soap available. Lost power, which was not the hotel¿s fault, but they did not properly equip the staff. Front desk personnel had to use their phone¿s flashlight . No credit adjustment was made for loss of power, hot water and heat.

Elevator broken. Staff smoked on premises.

Room was clean. Truck parking available.

Elevator was out of order. I could not take a shower because it did not work. The toilet ran continuously. Staff had no personality.

The day we arrived the only elevator they had was out of service. The front desk person gave us a room on a lower floor which was helpful

Breakfast selection and coffee

Mainly that I stayed for 5 nights and they didn¿t have shampoo and I had to get a new card every night to get into my room

The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Facilities were clean and inviting especially the room itself. Really enjoyed the outside seating/meeting area. Complimentary bottled water at check-in was a nice touch and breakfast was fine.

Breakfast was good

Staff was very rude. Did not provide toilet paper after asking multiple times and had to get my own.

This hotel doesn¿t rent to locals and the front desk lady was pretty rude to us when we tried to check in. Also we had to wait like 30-45 mins since she was on the phone with another hotel and trying to take care of other guests needs at the same time.

The location was easy to everything around. The size of the rooms.

Don't like the breakfast box everybody would like full breakfast open up again. and that the pool is closed, but the gym was open. That made no scene to some people.

Friendly, easy check-in and checkout. Clean. Great location for my needs.

Nice clean rooms

Stay more than 1 night they don't clean rooms.

Room we were relocated to was much closer to what we previously experienced at this same location but the damage was done.

So many flaws during this stay, right from the start: we were put in a room next to smoking rooms, even though we clearly specified non-smoking; the room was dirty with soiled couch cushions; the AC unit made awful grinding noise; I could go on but won't.
