The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. I come to the area every 2-3 weeks and have stayed here one other time. Both of my stays in this hotel were excellent!!

My mother stayed here about 6 wks while her home was ready to move in. The service provided to her was stellar. The front desk and housekeeping staff were very helpful & polite to her and to me while visiting her daily. Amenities were all great as well!!

Given location, there are probably more longer stays for more than 2 weeks than just me,& there should be a room rate/package to accommodate that option.

Staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Parking was free, area around the hotel was quiet on a weekday.

Not very solidly built, the heavy-footed night-owls upstairs kept me up past midnight. Window shade doesn't keep room dark in the morning, I was up before 6am. Restaurant not open for dinner some days despite hotel's listing, and nothing is close.

Very clean and comfortable room.

At 2 in the morning, I was woken up by drunk adults who were partying and hanging out in the hallway, screaming obscenities for all to hear. Then I was woken up again to the smell of smoke, which was very scary.Did not get rest that night.

Location is beautiful

When I visited there in October breakfast was free now only kids are free with paying adult.adult price is $18 and only 1 kid per adult.i have 4 kids.

Customer Service sucked.Was told we could check in early an hour before we arrived for $50 extra, when we arrived they wanted to charge for a full day. Ended up being stranded in the area for hours. There were loud parties on every floor that night!

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my stay after being disappointed with a stay at another hotel. I will stay at this Holiday Inn when I'm in Philadelphia.

Best location. Tried to find better rates in the area but couldn't find anything without bedbug problems.

Tried to dine at hotel restaurant. After being seated ... no one took my order. After 35 minutes , I got the clue and went off to get take out. Coffee maker in room was broken and had to get it replaced. Neighboring event space takes up all parking.

Cleanliness

The guests above us let their children run around in the room until (no lie) 4 am. I called the front desk around 1am, they said they would send someone up but THEY NEVER STOPPED. Then we were sluggish getting up and the staff was adamant about check out.

Solid value for a nice, big room with queen beds. Comfortable, clean.

Ceilings are not sound proof. Above our room, a child was running for hours. The front desk did handle the situation with grace.

They did not allow us to check in, the lady told us she could not check us in because our reservation was for 3pm the next day.

The staff was rude and told us we could not be checked in. We ultimately had to stay at a family members house.

Front desk staff unfriendly. No effort to honor requests. No housekeeping service. I booked two rooms requesting twice that they be adjoining. First request at booking, the 2nd by phone days in advance of arrival. My rooms weren't even on the same floor.

Brand New Hotel

GPS INACCURATE. Address of hotel on IHG website is 5400 Ferne Blvd.Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania 19026 which is 1/2 MILE AWAY! The hotel actually is in the parking lot of DREXELWOOD CATERING at 4700 Drexelbrook Dr, Drexel Hill, PA 19026 BIG PROBLEM.

Why bother? I have something to say but you do not allow enough characters to put it in.
