- The hotel rooms are not cleaned daily. I had to take the trash and dirty towels out myself. After I complained, my room was cleaned after the second night of a three-night stay. This is below expectations, given that this hotel is 50+% more expensive
- No everything was good.
- The shower was full of black mold as was the shower curtain. There were gooey spots on the carpeting. The room did not appear to be particularly clean. The staff member who checked us in was very nice and polite. The rest of the staff was somewhat rude.
