The stuff was exceptionally friendly and worked hard to meet my needs. The unit was beyond my expectations and exceptionally clean and spacious

Very close to airport and free parking onsite.

My sheets had shoe prints on them. They were changed quickly but I still think that was odd and gross.

The room has everything you need in it

The housekeeping is very rude and don?t like to supply you with things you need stay there for 14 days and never knocked on my door asking did we need service and when I asked front desk for it I never received it after promise after promise

Convenient and cleanliness

Barking dog in the next room but they moved us.

The rooms were nice and it was very clean and comfortable. If I needed anything, the got on top of it immediately.

Only thing I didn¿t like was I wasn¿t aware of a 150$ deposit.

Spacious rooms. Kind staff. Awesome amenities.

The pulleys were hard to maneuver due to wonky wheels, however; I enjoyed my stay and still highly recommend. My exceptions were exceeded nonetheless.

Bed ok

Website listed shuttle var - got there,NO VAN!! had to Lyft (almost $--- for 2 days) around. Dangerous, filthy neighborhood, no restaurants to walk to. Misled. Hotel should refund me some money back for lying about having a van ( still on website).

Staff was above and beyond wonderful. The maintenance/shuttle driver was very friendly and his pride in his work really showed. Hotel is one block easy walk from the transit center and Phatso's Donuts(highly recommend)

I liked everything

Large living area, bedroom, and bathroom. Full sized refrigerator. Long peninsula style table top.

1. Too noisy - kids running around lobby and halls. 2. Outside talking late at night. 3. Could not turn room fans off. 4. Had to jiggle cell charger plug in kitchen outlet to get connection for power. (I don't have a problem in my home kitchen outlets.

Had a little bit of an issue when I first checked in, but staff quickly located the issue and corrected it.

It was a beautiful room. I just wish they had a full stove complete with an oven.

I don't like this hotel they was ok up until they started having issues with charging my card when I wasn't there all the problems started after I would NEVER TELL A FRIEND TO STAY HERE

The style, layout and cleanliness.

I was not accommodated a room for stay after paying in advance for the weekend

150 hold on bank account? Room was not ready and when I did get in dirty dishes filled the dish washer no soap, cups and doubt sheets changed

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and a great price.

The staff was amazing

The laundry area was very unhygenic but washer n dryers were free. Just no cleaning must be preformed

This hotel is in a very unsavory location. At 1am in the morning a large group of individuals engaged in a massive brawl in the hall way outside our room. No response from any security or management. Don't use this hotel!

Kitchen and clean

Location is in the hood. Terrible neighborhood, not safe to go out.

It was quiet

Bedbugs and front desk staff didn't want to hear it. Ants galore too.

Nice spacious room with tons of amenities.

The room was DISGUSTING, it wasn't cleaned to the expectation they claimed it would be.
