Location and price. But you get what you pay for..

The bathroom was dirty, the sick was clogged We were there for a weekend and not one time they cleaned the roomor gave us fresh linen. They promised a late checkout and then told us we couldn't get it. There was no parking. It was horrible.

Parking non existent staff is horrible rude. Carpet and room is smoke filled and smelled. They don’t mention any amenities and worker was bothered as she was flirting with her gentleman suitor and acted bothered

It was pretty gross. Broken doors. Not very clean. Walls were super dirty

The bed was very comfortable.

Hotel is old and needs an upgrade. Heater/AC was noisy and smelled and bathroom fixtures need updating.

Unfortunately nothing. I had a terrible experience at this hotel.

The front desk wouldn't allow my guest to receive the room key on two occasions. My company will no longer do business with this hotel.

The location and parking.

The hall smelled of cigarette smoke, the lawn care company cut the grass and it was all over my car.

It is dated and requires updates- paint, new fittings. Carpet smelt damp on the 3rd floor. I stayed one night so not a long stay. I couldn?t stay there for a long time.

It was very good , the room was very clean and goof size

The area doesn't seem to be secure several guys watching and smoking weed close to the entrance.

The location was near my kids school and the staff was nice especially she went above and beyond to help me out every time and the breakfast was good

They could switch up the breakfast sometimes also and the manager was rude and they lie about not having rooms available and I feel they be stopping ppl from coming back to that particular hotel by saying there are no rooms or can't find your reservation

Whole place smelled like smoke. No option for early check-in. No towels in the room. They charge your card for incidentals, instead of a hold.

Not much. Would not book there again. Needs total renovation. Even air in room was bad. The only thing I liked was shuttle service to airport and leaving my car at hotel until I returned. I¿m still out of town and hoping my car is safe upon my retur!

The hotel was clean and it was a decent location.

I booked a King room for two nights, I ended up not staying for the first night and already knew that I would lose my money for a night which was okay, but when I tried to stay for the second night, they cancelled my reservation and gave me a double room

It was close to route 95 the interstate highway. You can get off & on highway & not have to travel a distance.

Hotel is old & needs renovation. They advertised room & bed as a king & gave us a queen bed, not as ordered. Room was small & hard to get around in a wheel chair. Restaurant connected to hotel was closing & couldn't get dinner. Not as worth the price.

Room was nice. Hotel was quiet all night. Easy drive into Philadelphia, also has a mall close by.

The lobby and hallways could use some tlc but overall experience was great.

Friendly staff, bed was very comfortable, let us have an extra hour check-out time. Free parking. Didn¿t get up in t Ime for breakfast.

Beds were really comfortable

Too hot inside, a lot of holes, cracks and maintenance needs.

7th floor, Random hotel doors were open, the rooms were trashed, the doors appeared broken. Once we got to our room the door was open and dented. The bedding was hanging off the bed unmade. Food and trash throughout the room. Refused refund. We left.

Everything was terrible appears to be a flop house.

Staff at front desk was doing the best they can and trying to remain calm with a long line.

Room was horrible. Bubbling paint on the front door. No keycard. Toilet didn¿t flush. One of the hand towels was blackened. Loose faucet, and NOT clean. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. Glad we didn¿t get bed bugs.
