Slopeside Hotel, A Vail Resorts Property

Literally next to the ski slope - very scenic property.

The layout was a maze and the wifi was super low quality in the rooms.

Outside signage was missing. We looked for 20 minutes for the lobby which was not on the floor where we entered. Inside signage was also poor.

Hotel is old and dated. Needs immediate renovation and serious cleaning. Our room was disgusting. There was hair in the bathtub, a dark rim in the toilet (as it didn?t even receive basic cleaning/brushing) and there was a sticky black somethin in the sink

Nice views from room and restaurants

Difficulty navigating the different parts of the resort. Easy getting lost and walking in circles.

We were able to get our rooms at 11am, excellent location, view, and service l. avery clean and rustic, loved every minute, would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Location and amenities.

A little expensive for what you get. Pay 4-5 star price. Expect a little more complimentary items in hotel room - laundry bag, water, etc.

The staff were super helpful and made the check-in process a breeze considering I never stayed here before.

The toilet did have poop stains in it when we arrived and the door to the outside required a towel at the bottom to prevent a heavy draft from coming in.

Location, access to resort amenities.

It was very cold, heat only worked when on fan. Would not reach target temperature. For price a microwave and extra blankets would be nice. Toilet leaked, reported but nothing was done. It would be nice if shops, restaurants, bowling, were open.

Location, staff excellent.

Needs updating. Plug broken, bed misaligned, toilet askew. Broken fixtures.

No microwave in room, no free breakfast. Difficulty getting luggage carts through hallway turns

Staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Soaking tub in tower king suite was too tall to climb into without a bar which was not present. Slippery tub floor combined with no handle caused me to fall.

The 10th floor balcony was nice except the A/C fans are directly below and are very loud 24/7!!

The activity "All Day Pass". If all day to you is 11-5, then you'll be fine. They don't tell you that you are very limited time-wise to get in all the activities. Everything closes at 5, except mini golf, and a bowling alley that constantly breaks.

It was at seven springs

Room was dated. The door to the outside balcony did not have a deadbolt lock only had a chain that allowed the door to open. No maid service.
