The night staff man was great. Super kind and personable.

The noise from 81 was bothersome at times my room was closest to the highway

The location. It'll be very nice once they're done remodeling.

The bathroom door did not close, the carpets are a mess in the hallway from the remodeling. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and tried to charge me twice. People in the room next to us partied all night and day, blasting music non stop.

Close to Gettysburg

The gentleman at the front desk, was rude. The smell of the hotel, the hall ways was very dirty. Not a select for breakfast. I could go on but I think you get the idea.

Clean and affordable for a quick overnight stay while traveling back home

It was reasonable for one night stay. Breakfast was fine too.

bathroom a bit dated noisy a banging or moving around 4am. the bads felt like we were sleeping on cardbard.

Checkin was fast and easy, friendly front desk clerk. Room was clean, easy accessible to interstate, fair rate.

A few minor maintenance issues that did not substantially impact my overally very good assessment. Curb needs painting, elevator floor dirty,flashing overhead lights due to maintenacne issue.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was nice and clean. The room was very nice and clean also.

There wasn¿t much to the breakfast and the pool closed to early.

Location to Chambersburg and Shippensburg was good and Easy access to major highways and restaurants.

Although the room was clean the smell of smoke in the non-smoking room was palpable. Non-smokers like myself and my family find it almost too much, even in an otherwise clean room. The hotel was below average but the room was clean.

I loved the location right off the highway. The hotel room was "acceptable" but not great.

The hotel had a smell to it. The carpets were stained. The room was sort of clean, but not really clean. The refrigerator was not clean. The baseboards were dirty.

 the desk clerk was amazing! He was gracious, kind, sassy and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with him every day.

the 2 gentlemen at counter where above exceptional! absolutely loved the pool and environment very friendly. My kids had so much fun...

nothing!! It was exceptional that we will be booking another week before the kids go back to school ..

Bath tub drained poorly. Desk receptionist had a bad attitude and was condescending

Staff was great. Room was nice, everything I was expecting.

Breakfast was lack luster. Bathroom toilet could have functioned better.

I requested a smoking room [like I always do] but this room reeked of cigarette smoke like it hadn't been cleaned at all. One of the beds had boards under it to hold up the middle of the bed.I have stayed here before[not on 1st floor] didn't have issues.
