Very comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast with good number of options. Overall, excellent stay for the price paid

Its proximity to I-81

Mgt hit my cc for $80 for 2 towels, 1 hand towel and 2 washcloths they claim were missing. I entered the motel with 1 full overnight bag and left with the same bag the next morning. I will not pay for that which I don’t have! They need to recount.

Easy on and off Highway 81,in room fridge,handicap parking.

Only a few tv/cable channels.

Pet friendly room was on lower basement level. Had to go up stairs to exit. Did not seem 100% safe from a fire evacuation perspective

A great location beside I-85. Bed was very comfortable.

Ceiling above bath tub was peeling. The back of the toilets seat was filthy with what appeared to be old feces and dried blood. Carpets were old. Television was problematic and I needed Hotel staff twice to get the Television working.

Room set-up, lacking comfortable chairs and place to set bag off floor. Two small, non-matching uncomfortable chairs. Tub/shower slick like ice...dangerous! Foolish for owners not to address!!

An incident took place while we were staying at the hotel. Guest¿s ( kids) set off the smoke alarm because they were smoking marijauna in their room. The front desk check in clerk seemed to have knowledge of what was going on with the guest¿s. Firemen

The young lady that checked me in was super friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Good location.

The wifi was a little sporadic. The TV required two remotes.

The staff is obnoxious and crazy. There were roaches in the breakfast bag. The worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I want my money back!

The staff. The filth. The location sucks. But mostly, the staff belong in a zoo.

The hotel needs to update their web information that their fitness room, swimming pool, hot tub, & continental breakfast is non-existent while Covid-19 restrictions are enacted. Refused to get a breakfast in a bag since it would have been a guessing game,

The lady checking me in was so very nice. I was traveling for business, arrived late, just after midnight, very tired and hungry. No where nearby to eat that late. She offered to get something from breakfast area, got me a packet of oatmeal

No, nothing I did not like....The lady checking me in went over and above, very nice. best ever accommodating! I will stop there again next time traveling through.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good selection for breakfast.

Toilet was dirty and had to keep shaking the handle to stop the water from running. The toilet seat was damaged and it seems as if they used touch up paint on it.There was a wade of hair in the tub drain from previous occupant.

I was sure I reserved a non-smoking room but it showed up as smoking. The manager did give us a non-smoking room but the hotel had a funny smell about it.

The hotel was picked for its proximity to state championships.

The hotel could definitely been cleaner. My daughter & I wore flipflops in the shower.

I liked the location, once we found it. My GPS not taking me directly to the hotel. The breakfast was good, lots of choices depending on preference. The room was clean and neat.
