Back rooms probably were noisy from the highway.

Water damage in the bathroom. Tile missing. Price doesn’t match the quality.

The breakfast was the best part, and the room wasn’t to bad either.

The staff is rude, and they charge a 100.00 fee if you are local. None of which is mentioned on ANY website. This is inconvenient for people that are not aware of

a very last minute change in schedule prevented us from staying at this hotel. it was non-refundable and i lost money.

W O W !!!! Fantastic hotel. Awestaff. Very close to everything. Room was spectacular. Pool was exceptionally clean !!!!

Whenever going through PA we stay at this hotel.it is clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast serves our needs.

The beds were comfortable.

No hot water to take a shower. Was told nothing could be done. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator on the 1st level did not work. Carpet in hallway outside our door was ripped out for approx. 50 ft. Window in room was not clean.

Front desk staff was very nice.

Wall plate for Thermostat off and sitting on desk- thermostat did not work but I was too tired to have maintenance. Picture missing from right wall upon entering. Lamp shade on standing lamp loose and falling off. (needed a finial)

It is located too close to the interstate highway. Very very close and noisy

Very little hot water in the shower.

Our room was clean. The people working there are doing their best, but not being supported by the company on repairs and upkeep. Location safe but hard to get to.

A room had the door handle ripped off, exposing a junk-filled, smelly mess.

The staff and the location were perfect

My bed was really hard and squeaky. The room looked cleaned but not well.

Free breakfast

Pool was cold and not very clean. There was a large buildup of dust in the heat/air system. Mattress had a large stain on the bottom. A hair was found in the ice bucket. Multiple "dirty" areas throughout.

Hotel was very nice. Room were nice and modern. Beds were comfy.

Shower water pressure and temperature was constantly changing when being used, which was slightly annoying.

This hotel is right next to the highway, however, there's no exit next to it. Typical 2 star hotel advertised as a 3 star hotel.

Clean and safe

The water was not hot for a portion of my stay. Apparently, there was a problem as other folks mentioned that the water was not hot.
