I checked myself in for the weekend and Saturday I walked myself in and and left

It was filthy. The staff showed me six rooms all dirty. A previous guest left something in the freezer, and it was stuck solid in there, the toilet was not attached to the floor so it moved back. and forth, the linens were dirty.

The beds were extremely comfortable. Also the pillows were really good. We always bring our own, but the pillows were better than ours!

Because the hotel is convenient to expressways, there is a lot of road noise.

The room wasn't very clean sheets had paint stains only had pillows on one bed none on the other one couldn't check in early

We enjoyed talking with the woman at the front desk. Very personable. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Hot scrambled eggs, waffles.

The hotel was dirty bad staffing and there was dog poop on the middle of the bed never ever will go there again that place should be reported to best business bureau and shut down

Not a damn thing. Had to remove ac unit filters because they were so dirty and clogged up it wouldn't even blow air out the vents and I have pictures for proof. Very very beyond nasty. Was afraid to leave vehicle unattended in parking lot

There are people living in the motel rooms. I walked past one room and the door was wide open and people still had Christmas decorations up. There was baby play pens in the parking lot and crackheads sitting all over the parking lot in lawn chairs.

The bed was comfortable and the room kept cold.

I didn?t like that the room I reserved wasn?t available, the room didn?t appear very clean but thankfully I bring my own cleaning supplies just in case. The location is a bit hard to get into and it?s pretty much one way in and out.

The shower and shower curtain was filthy. And my lock for the door was not secure. As I shut the door the lock came off.

The managers were very accommodating and the room was sufficient, and the location was exactly where I wanted.

The room was extremely cold. Entering, you could see the room door top lock have been ripped out and painted over. The bathroom door had a hole smashed in its center. All the mirrors and glass were smudgy, and there were no tissues provided in the room.

Customer service

The bathroom smelled like urine. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom and it still smelled. The shower curtain was stained at the bottom. Per the front desk after giving me two rooms prior that it was the best room.

There was mold on the ceiling the room smelled terrible we had to change rooms. The breakfast only had toast, waffles and coffee. No drinks for the children.

Relatively fair price for the location and dates of stay. Appeared clean, everything worked well, clerks were attentive.

Noisy late at night and trash appeared in parking lot but was cleaned up. Many remaining cigarette butts. All caused by some clients. Minor issue, but no soap holder in shower!

Absolutely nothing my privacy was violated.

Yes the staff broke into my room at 10:00 pm, abused me and invaded my privacy.

It was quieter than expected.

There was nowhere to put things in the shower other than the floor, and the shower head itself did not spray the water well.

I got my trailer jackknifed in the parking lot and the maintenance guy saved the day by getting it straightened out and parked where I could easily pull out the next morning. Relieved my stress level big time. He deserves a raise!!!

I asked for a non-smoking room, and the room I was in had a faint odor of cigarette, but it was overpowered by the smell of cleaning product or deodorizer. I have no idea what it was, but it made breathing somewhat difficult and painful.

It was inexensive and the staff was very friendly.

The room was dirty. Stuff spilled and splattered on the wall by the bed and in the bathroom. Not enough towels for our room. No maid service our whole stay. Breakfast was a joke. Nothing to drink besides coffee or milk.

it can use a bit more cleaning, cleanliness isn't about how cheap or expensive a hotel is, every place need to be clean. i carry my own lysof disinfectant, room freshener, my own bedding and towels because its unhealthy to be in unclean rooms
