Wr booked a iing bed did not receive . Also said breakfast but they had breakfast at all.

Pool and hot tub closed, needs updating, has changed hands several times.

Very disappointed that the excellent breakfast they used to serve has been discontinued. Now serving only cold cereal and terrible junk goods waffles. A real disincentive to staying there again.

It actually exceeded our expectations. The staff bar one were friendly and helpful. The one who wasn't just seemed unengaged - a young gentleman. He could stand a bit of training in how to welcome folks.

There was nothing I didn't like. We loved it. Clean, beautiful, spacious room, well appointed.

Pretty tired hotel, well worn. No bath soap for shower, but I was too tired to care. Breakfast marginal at best.

Staff, room, breakfast

I am not sure how long the elevator has been broken put the repair of it should be a priority. They did give us a nice room on the first floor

A little hard to find

Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of $30, and the variety on the continental breakfast buffet

We could not lower the temperature of our room below 70 degrees

2nd time staying here and the staff is top tier, clean rooms, and professional staff. Breakfast team goes above and beyond, always looking to accommodate. Love all the nice touches they hotel offers, water and coffee station, fresh fruit.

Need a lighted sign to get to the hotel, kind of dark leading up to the hotel

Sitting in bed watching TV and could hear man in the next room talking. ALL hotel rooms should have sound barrier walls.

Gentleman at front desk very pleasant and helpful. Women working breakfast very nice, kept all the food and our needs met

Unfortunately the room cost as a last minute reservation on a Carlisle Events weekend

Clean, safe and quiet

clean, comfortable, convenient, average but decent breakfast, right price

I could have done without the dog barking in the room next door. Fortunately, the two times it occurred it was mid-morning when, I assume, the dog's owners had left the room to get some breakfast for themselves and the dog became lonely and/or anxious.

The proximity to my destination was perfect. The staff was very nice also. We were extremely comfortable in our bed and the room in general was very clean. I think the breakfast could be more health oriented. Basic scrambled eggs are better for everyone

Uncomfortable furniture and bed, poor cable selection

I trust Hampton Inns to be clean and comfortable.

My complaint is for the price I expect higher grade toilet paper, and larger, less scratchy towels.
