It was dirty, gross, and dated.

Very dated facility unkept, extremely stained carpet in corridors. Where is corporate Holiday Inn Express in holding the hotel owner accountable for the poor condition of the building and rooms? Not a good example for Holiday Express product or standards.

They were friendly. Pool was very nice.

The hallway carpet full of dirt and stains. The room doors all have dirt marks and finger stains all over them. Curtains had rips. Hot tub barely warm, rust and stains on air vents. Overall just dirty. Not Holiday Inn Express quality.

This hotel was the dirtiest and worst Holiday in I have ever stayed in. It smelled and the floors were wet and stained.

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good

It was too close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike so you heard the highway noise out night long. The hallways and carpet needed cleaning or replaced and the halls smelled of cigarettes. I think it was overpriced for what condition it was in.

Dirty and very poorly kept up, pool room and water is not heated even though it says it is.

Bathroom was not clean. There was trash left in the trash can.

Extremely disappointed. I don¿t know about the other rooms but room 101 is falling apart. I woke in the middle of night with pieces of Faux from the headboard all over my face and pillow. Most of the furniture was missing. Horrible experience. STAY AWAY!

Run down! We travel for business 3-4 nights a week and a Holiday inn express is always a safe bet. In addition to the rundown presents of the room the breakfast was a joke. 12-15 guess staring at the one cinnamon roll and spoonful of eggs.

The hotel experience was great! Our room was amazing! Very clean and spacious. The front desk staff was super friendly and very helpful as well as the lady that served breakfast, she was on top of everything, made sure everyone had fresh hot options.

Dirty, smelly, old, disgusting. I¿ve stayed at a lot of Holiday Inn Express hotels and this one was very different than the others. Dirty, smelly, downright gross.

Location was decent.

The pillow was stained, the carpet was rolled up and stained. The curtains had water damage, as did the lamp shade somehow. None of the staff wore a mask even the ones serving food in the morning. Our key did not work and the elevator broke.

The breakfast was varied and well set-up.

The carpets are filthy. No extra towels available. Ice machine was broken. The key cards did not work consistently. The staff reactivated our cards without checking our ID or asking for our name. Our room did not have a security latch.

The location was convenient for us. Sesk staff was kind.

It was not clean. Holiday Inn Express holds a higher standard that was not found

We checked in to a dirty room, was switches twice to rooms that were occupied. After finally getting an unoccupied room we went from a king suite to a double Queen and my card was charged an additional $50!

It was in the right place when we needed a break from the road.

Poor room was on the highway side of the hotel... Truck traffic all night.

Staff were awesome. Hotel employee was helpful in getting me a room on the first floor near an exit so I could easily walk my Dog. I needed a late checkout and hotel employee made that seemless. Great location,super clean and updated rooms with plenty of safe par

The woman who took care of us at check in was great.

Only a few parts of the Jacuzzi tub functioned, and there was a 2" bug running across the ceiling and down the wall. Unfortunately due to county restrictions, the pool was also closed.

Quiet, front desk woman was very nice on arrival. Fine overall. Good value.

The staff was friendly and the location was close to family.

The room was dirty. Stains on the carpet. The bathroom obviously hadn’t been cleaned. There was dirt on the air vents. There was hair in the shower and the sink was dirty. There was a light burned out in the bathroom and in the main room.
