The nonsmoking room had a smoke smell that irritated my throat.

Old, Dirty, vending machines don?t work,old bathrooms,poor water pressure

Nice updated furnishings and pleasant staff. TV choices were good. Bedroom was clean but tub was mediocre. Mini frig was clean. Parking was free and well lit but no EV charging station.

The free breakfast was the worst I¿ve ever seen: NOTHING healthy to eat, only donuts and muffins, no decaf coffee & only powdered non-dairy creamer, and coffee was empty when we got there. It was so close to the Interstate that it was VERY noisy.

It was very close to the doctor's office where our appointment was at 7:30.

It is right beside Interstate 81 and we heard truck all night long. We should have run the heater to drown out the noise.

The ice

Requested for a smoking room, and got the worst smelling and dirty room Im sure at the hotel. The bathroom was so dirty. There was old blood on the shower wall and the toilet was dirty on the side. You get what you pay for I guess

Location was perfect. Only five minutes from the church where the funeral was being held.

The international breakfast could of had a few more selections. The only thing offered was coffee and mini chocolate chip muffins. Some fresh fruit would have been nice.

Close to highway and where I needed to go in town.

Smell of cigarette smoke permeated hallway from smoking rooms.

convenient location

I had concerns with room being not up to standards. Curtains ripped, wall had a bare plaster patch, lots of dirt, dust around perimeter of room, toilet only flushed if holding the flush handle for 20 seconds or more vomit smell in hall, no breakfast.

The hotel check in employee was so nice. She was very accommodating and gave me directions on the best ice cream spot in the area.

Location

The place is rundown, the room and the bathroom were dirty, especially the toilet. Carpets were smelly. Breakfast was one tiny little muffin. The place needs serious renovation and its owners/management need to invest in the concept of customer service.

Close to the highway, easy to access.

Dated and in serious need of remodeling. The bathroom had lots of peeling paint, damaged light fixtures in the hallways, lights out in the elevator, and the advertised continental breakfast included coffee that tasted like dirty water, and a tiny scone.

Right off highway

Only one hand towel and one bath towel for 2. Very noisy due to highway right there and heater couldn¿t drown out noise. No breakfast as advertised.

The very nice and helpful staff.

The tiny room with the uncomfortable old bed and furniture and furnishings. I choose this hotel for the self service guest laundry and I was very disappointed to find out it was out of order. I was also disappointed by their pet fee not in description.

The lady who checked us in was so kind.

The hotel was average. The reservation said it included breakfast and it didn¿t ! I reported it to management and they said that the website was wrong. They didn¿t offer any kind of discount when I told them the reason I chose them was that breakfast

It is run down. Front entrance door did not even close completely! It is a run down facility. Served my purpose

100 percent not happy

No breakfast, dirty room, lawns like hay fields, old smelly room and hallways. It was a complete waist of money for me to stay there.

Close to highway, cheaper priced,

no breakfast as paid for, weird people in parking lot late at night, dirty rooms, overall a cheap dirty place, wont stay again.

Not much. Lobby was dirty boxes stacked everywhere.

Advertised rate was $--- for 2 queen beds. Ended up with 1 double bed. For me and my son. And afterwards found out they charged $-- to my credit card. I am disputing this.

it was secluded and quiet enough for the pets. We felt safe that our pets were well taken care of. Staff was friendly and accomodating to our needs

Breakfast was sparse. only orange juice and coffee.
