The staff on the registration desk spent most of their time on their cell phones. They had no idea how to resolve problems such as the lack of any TV reception for the entirety of the visit.

Stay was fantastic. Staff were super fun, the amenities were great, breakfast was great, room was huge, we were very happy. Also shower had a mobile head and there was a ceiling fan!!

There weren't enough rubber ducks at the front desk. IYKYK. :)

Room was awful. Air conditioning didn't work in one bedroom. Floors were a mess. Lamp shades were crushed and stained.

I like the room layout with kitchenette. Quiet and comfortable. Nice hot breakfast.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Our room had a huge stain on the curtian. The bathroom door had smears of fingerprints.

it wasn't just a regular room as I expected, but a small apartment! Quite a wonderful surprise

All was good once I finally figured out how to turn off the noisy blowing fan. But room stayed comfortable.

Dirty. Room carpet had many stains and same with hallway. Every pool chair was torn and no where to sit. Nice looking hotel, but poorly maintained

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Not sure how but they upgraded our room. Complimentary breakfast was very good, better than most we've experienced

Lost electricity for several hours. Got very cold.

It was quiet and clean, and had a kitchenette I didn't see in the online pictures. It was nicer than I expected. The online sight didn't do it justice. In fact it was quite under represented online.

Very dirty. Hair and dirt everywhere. A lot of the amenities were out. There was a large group of teenage girls staying at the hotel at the same time, and they kept us up all night and kept banging on our doors to joke. Had to call front

The front desk persons working were exceptionally polite and accommodating. They were always in a good mood anytime I spoke with them. The outdoor setup with the fire place and bar area is outstanding for hanging out and relaxing. The breakfast was 10/10

Could tell the room was a little dated, the shower head had rust stains and the bath tub did not have a plug for the tub to take a bath. The hot tub in the pool area also didn¿t have the bubbler/whirlpool working so it was just a bath tub.

The staff is friendly, the breakfast is exceptional, room clean. Hallways clean also.

No have used this hotel many times always satisfied.

We were gracefully welcomed and check in was easy. My daughter and her GF took advantage of their Hot Chocolate station. The pool was lovely and happy there were extra towels. Room was lovely and spacious, we will be booking this hotel in the future.
