Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Southpointe

The hotel was clean all the way around; all staff were professional, attentive, helpful, and extremely nice. Parking was free and convenient. Breakfast was great (not free, but the price for the buffet was reasonable and affordable).

Breakfast is not included with your stay. As much as you pay for a night's stay, breakfast should be included rather having to pay an additional $15.00 per person for breakfast.

The location was perfect for my business meeting.

It was a Friday and weddings at the ballrooms. The place was full of rowdy noisy people. I had to chase a bunch of pre-teens out of the hallway. There was lots of door pounding and drunken idiots wandering the halls till well after midnight.

Adult atomosphere

The staff was not friendly, the air conditioning in the room was deafening, the ice machines were not working and the coffee/cappuccino machine in the breakfast area was not working.

Ample parking, very cleanly, friendly staff, comfortable bed and room. Room service was great.

I wish that they had Hallmark channels on the television, QVC, and HSN.

Hotel employee at front desk was so kind! She was nice to our 4 year old & that makes us so happy. We try to have her ask questions & she was wonderful

If somebody complains then....

Did not like that because it was windy the wind howled thru the windows because they didn’t seal properly therefore keeping me awake every night That much money a night you would think the windows would seal properly.

Clean safe area. A staff accompanied me to car at 4:00 am as I had to be at the airport early. Thank you!!

All was good

We stayed here because we attended a wedding here. The ballroom was beautifully decorated . Let me clarify , I would recommend to stay here but not to have a wedding here!

the food for the wedding was at best mediocre. The green beans were barely cooked. all the food was barely warm. They actually ran out of potatoes on one buffet line, and beef and chicken on the other line. Bartenders awful!No free breakfast .

The steak entrée for the hotel-catered wedding I attended was very overcooked.

Our room was very clean, and had everything we needed. Very nice staff who were very helpful everywhere! Breakfast was fabulous!!

can't think of anything I didn't like, Our room was even so close to the door, which was great as my mom has a bad knee!
