Ramada by Wyndham Butler/Tesla Biohealing Resort

Dirty. Dark. Musty. Misuse of the Tesla name. Eastern Religious iconography.

Very clean and great breakfast

WiFi was not working

Price, generally acceptable cleanliness and relatively modern interior.

It is next to a sewer plant, the parking lot is full of potholes, and the room had a musty smell.

They have a good breakfast that they cook fresh every morning. The hotel is very big so they they can spread out the occupied rooms. I never heard noise from any of the rooms around us. We also loved the indoor pool.

Friendly staff; nice location.

Parking lot seems like it hasn't been repaired or resurfaced in 20+ years. Outside area is very dark at night. Furniture is badly stained. Towel bar hung at an angle. Sink and toilet are both extremely low (no, we weren't in a wheelchair room). Very noisy

The sheets were stained. The smell in the room was horrible and the mini fridge was filthy!! I didn¿t even stay at the hotel for my scheduled stay.

nothing!!! I would like to request a full refund.

This hotel should be condemned. Stinks like cigarettes, rooms are filthy, beds sheets have big cigarette burn holes all over, toilets do not flush, and the a/c is not working right. I would like a refund as we had to leave and find a different hotel.

Desk staff unusually friendly and helpful. Room unusually clean and very well furnished with fridge. Good lighting. Everything in room worked fine; room well maintained with no scuffs, dents or other flaws. Full breakfast wonderful. What a gem!

No hot water, but my room was at far end and I showered early in morning, so I understand.

Check in was quick and staff very nice

People around us were loud

Front desk attendant was really nice and check in and out were quick.

It was very clean! The front desk girls were friendly. Breakfast was good.

An elevator would've been better than carrying suitcase up stairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay and will be back. Clean room.

It is pretty outdated. Filthy looking from the outside. Parking lot in need of repairs, crumbled up pavement.

They have a good breakfast, and indoor pool, with a work out room.

Just it's hard to make calls because of there wifi. It interferes with my cell.

The cleanliness and comfortable bed.

Wish there was a microwave in the room and free breakfast.

The continental breakfast was a total breakfast with hot food, such as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, and gravy. was way more than I expected. It also included all the normal foods on a continental breakfast. The tables were always clean.

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic.

The room had a musty smell, and the bed was too soft.

Price and location. It was outside of the busy section of town with plenty of parking and easy access to the room. The cost was huge in comparison to the other motels there and when they say you get what you pay for, in this case I think we got more!

I think breakfast hours on Sunday need to be the same as throughout the week, being normally 6-9am, they changed to 7-10am on Sundays and this was an inconvenience since we needed to be onsite at another location by 7am....

Leaving

Fridge and a/c not working properly. Terrible smell coming from a/c. Micro wave sparking when you use it. The beds are so hard you wake up in pain every morning. I would definitely not waste your money!

Leaving

This is the worst hotel I've stayed at. The refrigerator not cooling. Then when we went to use the microwave it started sparking. Air conditioner kept shutting off. Beds are hard. Spent $---- for a couple night of hell. Don't waste your money!
