Cons -

tables a little to high for chairs in breakfast. However the food excellent.
Had to wait at desk, no one was at desk to check in. Computers went down as soon as I got there. Tile floors in room were sticky. No one cleans behind the door or in corners.
So you can pay in cash but must use a card to check in then you can pay in cash when you leave

Our room was fabulous! Very spacious, clean and comfortable! The breakfast was warm, tasty and plentiful. Front desk personnel provided immediate, friendly service and went out of their way to ensure our happiness. It was top notch and we will return!

Fairly quiet

The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable and quiet.

The shower water was very salty. It wouldnÃ¢â¬â¢t take the soap off. Other than that it was great.

The hotel was conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was neat and clean, and the beds were so comfortable!

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. All evenings they have cookies and cupcakes set out for guests to enjoy.

The only reason for the room and customer service rating was I was given the wrong room. I booked a queen suite and was given a regular double queen room. first told me none available. Then said they'd "change" it... not fix it. Hoping price will be right

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were brand new. Breakfast was very good. Coffee was available 24 hours and it is very good.

We enjoyed the complimentary new years eve settings the hotel provided. We also liked the friendly staff. We would stay again. Thank you.

We did not know how long the water was sitting in the coffee maker..looked as if it was there for some time.

Originally given a smaller room than we booked but the young lady at the front desk switched us immediately. She was very pleasant.

room was spacious, clean, and cool when we arrived. Bathroom was well stocked, clean, and no obvious stains or problems. Breakfast area was very nice and food was excellent all things considered. Would reccomend.
