Friendly staff, quick check-in and check-out, room was ready when we arrived, breakfast was available in the time specified, great variety in the breakfast food, quiet, no problem with hot water, no problem with parking, no problem with heat in the room

The staff were nice and attentive when I engaged them. Hotel was quiet and in a perfect location. Great parking and clean.

The refrigerator was a bit noisy went off and on. Maybe need a new one? All in all a nice safe and clean hotel. I¿d stay there again.

Room a nice size & quiet. Breakfast was good.

1st morning I asked if they had a non slip mat for the tub because I slipped and fell, I was told they don¿t have those because of Covid. I also asked that the bathroom be cleaned every day and trash emptied. It was done 2 out of 5 days.

The staff was so nice and the hotel was very clean.

The room size is very small but enough for just me.

Room was never fully made up during 5 night stay, towels were change once.

I love the location, the staff was nice except when I requested my room to be clean, then there was a lady in the lobby I assume was the cleaning lady who said it is to busy on Sunday to have my room clean, she was complaining to clean my room.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard of a Hampton inn, you could tell they didn¿t clean the room when they came in to do so. The bed was barely made up, trash wasn¿t taken out in my room or even by the elevators.

internet went out thursday evening. toilet paper roll too close to back of toilet. difficult to get paper. shower curtain stunk

Great location, great staff, great price! Lots of included amenities. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Overall the hotel was very clean and the staff was great.

The pool door was not working, even the staff could not get in. We were there with our small children so this was an issue for us. Plus staff due for the next shift did not come in, there was not a manager on duty to help either.

Location to our destination...Clean decent room at a good price...Co-vid minimized the amenities but it seemed well maintained and bed was comfortable

The staff was really nice as we forgot our jackets. Tehy expeduted tehm to us for free.

The card key wasn't working on the outside door at all. I tried to tell the young girl sitting there- but she was on the phone.

The A/C in the room was horrible. Woke up about 10 times overnight sweating profusely. The air was set as low as possible. The pillows are horrible as well.

The hotel room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The front desk staff were professional at all times and checked us in and out in a timely manner. Breakfast was great!

Not a thing

The room was extremely nice - the TV was the best picture I have ever seen in a hotel. The breakfast was wonderful with many great choices.

It was a bit of a pain to take the elevator up and down only one floor. The stairs were not in the same area. They were all the down the hall so not convenient to use instead of the elevator.
