WORKERS TRYING TO OPEN ROOM DOOR WITHOUT KNOCKING. HAS ME THINKING WHAT THEY DO WHEN NOONE IS IN THEIR ROOM ...
I was put in an out of service room, no phone, broken drawers, slow tub drain, I spoke to the manager and he acted like he only spoke Spanish. I was charged extra for house keeping and was told that they would come on Monday, never came.
First room sink handle came off & the refrigerator was full of rust in both rooms issued

I was put in an out of service room, no phone, broken drawers, slow tub drain, I spoke to the manager and he acted like he only spoke Spanish. I was charged extra for house keeping and was told that they would come on Monday, never came.
